DAYTONA TEST SESSIONS

Real laps. Real feedback. Real progress.

What started as a private invitation turned into something much bigger. A select group of riders, partners, and industry insiders brought together for a two-day experience during Supercross weekend. Not a launch. An early look into what's coming next from Bonnell.

SUPERCROSS WEEKEND · DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL

An inside view. Before the world sees it.

Two days of riding, testing, and the kind of progress you only get when the right people are in the room. The 805 and 902 prototypes weren't here to be shown off. They were here to be pushed.

DAY ONE

Finding the core.

Not a showcase. Not a reveal. Just real riding, real testing, and the kind of progress you only get when the right people are pushing at the limit.

This was the first true multi-day session where the 805 and 902 prototypes were placed in the hands of riders who know exactly what to look for, and aren't afraid to say it.

No distractions. Just laps, notes, and constant iteration. Factory riders focused on consistency. Engineers stayed trackside. Adjustments were made in real time. The Sirris team worked alongside us, dialing in suspension and refining the platform with every session.

This wasn't about speed yet. It was about understanding.

"We're in a really good spot. The core is solid and everyone's happy. Now it's about small adjustments and fine-tuning to get it exactly where people want it."

The foundation is there. Now it's about precision.

DAY TWO

Pushing the edge.

Everything stepped up.

Pro riders rolled in. The pace increased. And the bikes responded. What started as controlled testing quickly turned into something more aggressive: faster laps, harder pushes, deeper feedback loops.

We entered the zone. Tuning suspension. Chasing feel. Turning good into dialed.

Josh Hill took the bikes right to the edge, then brought them back with clear, constructive feedback. The kind that accelerates development in ways data alone never could.

"Josh's initiative in taking the bikes to the edge and subsequently providing thoughtful, constructive feedback proved invaluable. For the team, it served as a clear indication that we are precisely where we need to be."

FIRST FEEL

From the ones who know.

Josh Hill, Tom Parsons, Brett Baldwin, Ryan Sipes, Trevor Stewart, Max Beaupre, Sean Finley, Jason Borosky, and Jay Dalton.

No staged impressions. No scripts.

They tested the 805 and 902 in real conditions. Woods loops. Moto track sessions. Live tuning between runs. Each lap informed the next adjustment.

Then it escalated. Tom Parsons took it further on the airbag, exploring limits, testing control, and uncovering where this platform aims to go next.

Where we stand.

This journey wasn't about demonstrating our worth to the world. It was about validating our efforts to ourselves.

The key takeaways are unmistakable. The platform is highly effective and we are headed in the right direction. Now it's time for refinement and minor adjustments to nail that precision feel. Making sure the ride is right for you.

What lies ahead.

This is just the beginning. More testing is on the horizon. More feedback will be gathered. More progress is anticipated.

The 805 and 902 are not yet final products, but they are certainly approaching completion.

We began our journey by creating one of the fastest e-MTB platforms on the market. Now, we're utilizing all the knowledge we've gained to craft something even more remarkable.

Introducing a brand-new category. A heightened level of performance.

Stay tuned for its launch later this year.
