7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1. Product Warranty (Limited Warranty)

Our Products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of shipment, applicable to the original owner only.

This warranty applies to factory-made vehicles purchased through authorized channels.

Battery Packs

Battery packs are warranted for 12 months from the earliest of:

  • the original shipment date, or

  • the date of purchase through a retailer, or

  • 500 hours of use,
    whichever comes first.

The battery warranty applies only where the battery exhibits a nominal storage capacity reduction greater than 30% of the published nominal capacity.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply in cases of:

  • crashes or damage

  • abuse, neglect, or carelessness

  • using the product in any way other than intended

  • normal wear and tear components, including (but not limited to):
    drive chains, drive belts, seats, grips, rims, lights/lamps, tires, brake levers, bearings, etc.

The warranty will be null and void if the product is:

  • modified in any way, and/or

  • continued to be used with damaged/defective parts caused by damage, neglect, crashes, etc.

7.2. Maintenance and Use

The warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

  • lack of proper maintenance or care

  • misuse of the vehicle

  • modifications, alterations, or installation of parts that are not genuine or supplied as original equipment

  • damages due to accidents, collisions, abuse, or neglect

  • normal wear and tear

  • damage to paint, coatings, or corrosion of metal parts due to external influences (stones, salt, or inadequate cleaning with improper cleaning products)

  • fading of painted or metal-coated surfaces

  • negligence by the customer or faulty storage of the vehicle

7.3. Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, the owner must:

  • notify us within 10 days of discovering the defective part, and

  • provide proof of purchase, pictures supporting the claim, and any other relevant information required.

Warranty claims can be submitted online.

7.4. Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Products and Website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7.5. Limitations

The warranty does not cover any costs unrelated to the actual bike fix, including (but not limited to):

  • towing services

  • shipping

  • roadside assistance

  • mechanic fees

  • any loss/damage to persons or personal property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Website or Products.
