Data Retention Policy – BONNELL e-MTB App

Effective Date: 1 April 2026

Bonnell retains user data only as necessary for operational and legal purposes.

1. Retention Period

• Account data: Retained while the account is active
• Inactive accounts: Deleted after 24 months of inactivity
• Logs and analytics: Retained for 1 year

2. Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting contact us. Requests are processed within 30 days.

3. Third-Party Data
Data obtained via Google, Facebook, or Apple login is retained only as necessary for authentication and account management.

4. Legal Obligations
We may retain data longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

5. Security
Data is securely stored and deleted using industry-standard practices.
