INSIDE LINE · THE FIRST SHAKEDOWN
Most bikes start as a problem someone else already solved. These two started as a question: what would we ride if we could build anything?
The answer took two years, three continents, and a team that refused to slow down. The 805 and 902 went from renders to real machines turning real laps. This is the first time they've ever been ridden in anger. No polish, no script, just the honest first feel of a project meeting the ground.
THE BUILD
Three continents, one bike.
Bonnell pulled engineering and design talent across continents to solve the hard problems together. Every challenge handed to whoever could answer it best, wherever they were.
The result is a development pace that doesn't really exist in this industry. A five-year program compressed into about two, moving fast and quiet while everyone else was still talking.
"I haven't seen any companies in the space move at that speed. We've sped up what probably would have been a five-year project into about two years."

THE PHILOSOPHY
The bikes we wished existed.
Bonnell didn't set out to build a bike for a spec sheet. They set out to build the bikes they personally wanted to ride. Premium materials, real performance, and a level of accessibility traditional dirt bikes never offered.
Less maintenance. Less noise. Fewer barriers between wanting to ride and actually riding.
"The 805 and 902 are the two bikes that we wished existed. So that's why we built them."

THE SHAKEDOWN
First time on dirt.
The shakedown is where renders stop mattering. The team took the prototypes out to wooded enduro trails and worked through the load profiles, modes one through five, feeling for handling, traction, and predictability.
This is the part you can't simulate. How the bike sets into a rut. How it puts power down on loose ground. Every run fed the next adjustment.
THE TECH
Two batteries. No range anxiety.
The biggest fear with any electric machine is running out before the fun does. Bonnell's answer is a swappable battery system built around two options, so the bike adapts to the ride instead of limiting it.
The battery system.
CORE BATTERY
Built for standard riding sessions. The everyday pack for getting out and putting in laps.
RACE BATTERY
Engineered for significantly more power. The pack for when the session turns serious.
There's more under the surface, too. An integrated bash guard made from glass-fiber reinforced material takes the hits a real trail dishes out.
WHY IT MATTERS
A new way to ride.
The whole point is to unlock riding that used to be out of reach. Closer to home. Without the noise, the maintenance, or the pro-grade track an hour away. And without giving up the thing that makes dirt biking worth doing in the first place.
No drop in performance. Just fewer reasons not to ride.
"Realizing that these aren't just good products we're building. They're gamechanging. They're amazing."

PROTOTYPE
PROTOTYPE
Lack of words. Lots of feelings.
That's how the team described the moment the bikes finally did what they were built to do.
The 805 and 902 are real now. This was only the first feel.
